Re-engaging the Race
Many opportunities came from being a part of the Verizon account, but the opportunity to work on the Ragnar App redesign was one of the best. Ragnar had been pitched a few concepts, but they lacked the connection the athletes needed to stay engaged leading up to their big event, get connected with the other athletes, and get them excited for the next race. We assembled a design and technology team to solution the app experience, mapping and tracking technologies, athlete profiling, and event feeds to keep the user excited about the races and all their activities leading up to them.
